Digital cameras have rapidly changed the face of photography. Photographers can now be divided into two categories. There are traditional photographers who view each advance in technology with suspicion. Then there are the digital photographers who think film photographers are still living in the dark ages. For the record, I use film. That is not because I don’t like what digital photography has to offer. There is a very simple reason why I am sticking with film for now; after 20 years of photography, I have a thousands of images on film that have yet to be put to good use. USB ports and cables were specially designed to modify the plug-in properties of the system and to offer external power supply to low-consumption devices as well.
Now-a-days, every computer is designed with two or more USB connectors at the back of the hardware. These ports make it easier to connect all USB devices, from mouse to scanner and printer, with the computer. These ports and cables come in different types based on the mode of their insertion. For example, there are parallel ports as well as serial ports. Both have different functions to perform for the computer system.
Where printers are connected to the computer through parallel ports and cables, Modems and digital cameras are connected through the serial ports. With the help of the ports and cables, the installation and running of devices can be made out very quickly […]
